Want to get ahead of the April 2026 target date for applying digital accessibility in your language courses? Come join us for a hands-on workshop October 24, 2-4pm, just across the lawn in Gibson 341. In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn simple best practices for digital accessibility and how to use the "Find & Fix It" tool of Canvas UDOIT (a new accessibility checker UVA has integrated into Canvas for us).Most importantly we will explore digital accessibility in the context of language pedagogies, including captioning and using dual languages in course content materials. Come join your World Language colleagues for hands-on-learning together and some light refreshments!
