Title: Implementing Virtual Reality in Language Classrooms

The roundtable is going to discuss the innovative experiments of implementing Virtual Reality in language classrooms: Japanese, Chinese, and Spanish. Applying the recently developed VR tools such as 360-degree camera, Google Cardboard, and Unity, the presenters will share experiences and reflection on the use of such tools when incorporating communicative language practice tasks. Challenges and benefits of VR implementation will also be discussed in the roundtable with specific classroom-based activities.
