The Foreign Language Roundtable is an informal series of 3-4 sessions each semester with presenters from a wide range of languages/programs at UVA. They are almost always held on Friday afternoons, from 3:00 to 4:30pm. The purpose is to promote the collegial sharing across departments of ideas, information, and teaching methods that may be useful and interesting to everyone teaching languages at UVA. The formats vary and include lectures, teaching workshops, roundtable discussions, panel discussions, hands-on demonstration, and poster sessions. We are now accepting proposals for Spring 2022.
