Title: Implementing disability accommodations and accessible design in the World Language Classroom

Description: 

The number of students with disability accommodations is rising, nationally and at UVA. Join us to explore recommendations and best practices for implementing accommodations in the World Language classroom. We will give ample room for exploring the hard questions and what-if scenarios that are unique to language instruction. Additionally, we will explore several simple strategies for accessible design that will support students with disabilities who have not registered with SDAC.
